Jeffrey A. Naugle Supervisor / Founder
A native of Gettysburg, PA, Mr. Naugle graduated from the Gettysburg School System in 1968. He went to Juniata College in Huntington, PA where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1972. He earned his Mortuary Science degree from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1973. Following his formal education, he served his internship with Donald T. Peters Funeral Home in Gettysburg. He remained with Peters Funeral Home until 1977. He was then employed by the Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA as a hospital mortician and pathology assistant, prior to coming to Quakertown in July of 1978.
Mr. Naugle is married to the former Deborah Holsinger, a native of Quakertown. They are the proud parents of four children: Ryan, Kyle, Bret, and Kyra. The family resides in Richland Township. The Naugles are actively involved in their church and community. -
Matthew J. Grieco Managing Funeral Director and Celebrant
Matt found his calling to Funeral Directing at the age of 19 after experiencing the loss of two step fathers in 1990 and 1992. For over 20 years, Matt was part owner and managing director of many firms in Southern Chester County PA and Northern DE. As a Certified Celebrant, Matt helps our client families create personalized events which help tell the story of a life well lived. As an experienced trumpeter, Matt is honored to offer the sounding of taps for our Veteran Families and other special tunes for all types of events. Matt is married to Sherry J. Grieco and has three children, Jordan, Wilson and Peyton. In his spare time, Matt enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, and gardening. He has been a Rotarian for over 22 years and enjoys giving back to the community through local non-profit organizations.

Melissa L. Detweiler Licensed Funeral Director
Born and raised in Blooming Glen, Pennsylvania, Melissa graduated Pennridge High School in 2013. She attended and graduated with honors from Northampton Community College in 2017 with a degree in Funeral Service Education.
She was also named 2017 Funeral Service Education Student of the Year. She served her internship under Jeffrey A. Naugle at Naugle Funeral and Cremation Service Ltd, and now is a licensed funeral director.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend, two dogs and friends. In her free time she loves to listen to music, go on walks, dance, eat and laugh.

Sherry Katzbeck Office Manager
Sherry was born in Wescosville, PA. She grew up in Allentown and graduated from William Allen High School. Since high school, Sherry has worked as an accountant in various positions before joining us in 2018. Sherry has proudly been married to her husband, John, since April 1994. Sherry does an excellent job of keeping us on track in the office and always manages tasks effectively and at a moments notice. Sherry is also a certified Notary Public for the state of Pennsylvania.
In her spare time, Sherry enjoys spending time with family & friends and her three adorable kitty cats. She also loves attending racing events and all things MOPAR. Especially her 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T and her classic 1971 Plymouth Barracuda and 1967 Plymouth Satellite.

Christine Lee Funeral Director Administrative Assistant
Christine earned her Masters in Education from DeSales University in 2018 and has her PA Certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Prior to joining Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service in 2020, Christine was a substitute teacher for three separate school districts in the surrounding area.
She was a Para-Professional for the Bucks County IU #22 for twelve years, working with a variety of students ranging from severe multiple disabilities to Autistic support.
Christine is looking forward to learning more about the funeral care business and enjoys being with her co-workers.
Christine lives with her wonderful husband, James, her 19 year old son Jacob, who is attending Penn State, and her mother-in-law, Judy. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active with her fitness and health, and rooting for the San Francisco 49ers and the Philadelphia Union Soccer team.

Rachel Cassar Crematory Operator / Directors Assistant
Rachel attended Montgomery County Community College and West Chester University. The majority of her career has been in the field of Forensics and Death Investigation. She married her husband Todd a few years ago and they have a beautiful 4 year old daughter. After a few years as a stay at home mom, Rachel was glad to re-enter the workforce at Naugle. Rachel feels right at home as the director of the Naugle Cremation Center and assisting in all areas of mortuary affairs.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, family and friends, vacationing at the beach, volunteering at local charities, and helping others.
