George Fradenburgh

January 13, 1936 — May 22, 2019

George R. Fradenburgh, age 83, of Ottsville, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. He was the loving husband of the late Marjorie (Schoenfellinger) Fradenburgh. Born in Philadelphia, he was the only child of the late George and Anna Mae (Mallon) Fradenburgh. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, and served during the Korean War. George was employed as an overhead crane operator for the former Philadelphia Gear for many years before retirement. He was a faithful member of Pennridge Christian Fellowship Church in Blooming Glen, where he and his wife served in many different capacities over the years. George enjoyed attending his local bereavement group in the years that followed Marjorie's passing. Surviving are his children: Susan Snyder, husband David of Ottsville; Jennifer Holton of Souderton; James Fradenburgh of Port Orange, FL; Rebecca Brown, husband Mitchell of Greenbrier, TN and George Fradenburgh of Port Orange, FL; grandchildren: David Jr., Travis, Stephanie, Matthew, Rachel, Cody, Kaitlin, Mikaila, Tristan, Justin, Christopher and Dillon; great-grandchildren: Brittany, Justin, Shelby, Ava, Siobhan, Evelyn, Jordan, Alexa and Cooper; and great-great-grandchildren Aubrey and Paisley Mae (who is on the way). He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Fradenburgh. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 25 in Pennridge Christian Fellowship Church, 720 Blooming Glen Road, Blooming Glen, with a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment in Kellers Church Cemetery, Perkasie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pennridge Christian Fellowship Church at PO Box 361, Blooming Glen, PA 18911.
