Carol I. Jarrett, 76, of Silverdale, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 9, 2026. Born on January 10, 1950, in Philadelphia to Bud and Peg Hayes, Carol was a 1967 graduate of Pennridge High School and a 2009 graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University.

Carol lived a life rooted in faith, guided by love, and devoted to the people who meant the most to her. Her relationship with Jesus was the foundation of her life, and her family was one of her greatest blessings. She especially treasured her husband, children, and grandchildren, finding joy in the time they shared and the memories they made together.

Carol will be remembered for her gentle kindness, joyful spirit, quiet strength, and unwavering faith. She had a loving heart and a special way of making those around her feel cared for. Whether through time spent with family or the warmth of her baking, she found beautiful ways to share her love with others. Her kitchen was one more place where that love could be felt, and the memories made there will be cherished for years to come.

Above all, Carol loved Jesus and sought to live her life in a way that reflected her faith. Her greatest legacy is not only the love she gave, but the example she set through her kindness, devotion, and steadfast trust in the Lord. Though her family and friends will miss her dearly, they can find comfort in knowing that she is now at home with her Savior, embraced by His eternal love and peace.

Carol is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Dennis; her children, Christopher (Kelly) Jarrett of Quakertown and Danielle (Jesse) Holt of Granby, Connecticut; and her six cherished grandchildren: Quinn, Aidan, and Riley Jarrett, and Elijah (Sophia), Ezra (Anna), and Micah Holt. She is also survived by her brother Lloyd (Sue) Hayes.

She was predeceased by her parents, Bud and Peg Hayes, and her brother, Richard.

Services will be held privately at the discretion of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family invites those who wish to honor Carol’s memory to do so by making a donation to a charity of your choice in keeping with the life she lived and the love and faith that she shared.
