Carol King

Carol L. King, 76, of Coopersburg, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest Campus.  Born in 1946, she was the daughter of the late Elvin and Eva (Leh) Gross. She was the widow of the late Earl King, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage before his death last year.

Carol was a long-time member at Chestnut Hill UCC, Coopersburg, PA.  In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, quilting, and spending time at the Coopersburg Senior Center.

Carol is survived by her daughters Andrea King-Martin (Jesse), Barbara King-DeFiore (Richard), grandchildren, Alex Martin (Mackenzie), Brandin DeFiore, Heather Martin, Bradley DeFiore (Sabrina), Mina Martin, and Samuel Martin, great-grandchildren, Ava and Bella DeFiore.  She was pre-deceased by her brothers, Kenneth and Richard Gross, and son, Darrell King.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 11, at Chestnut Hill UCC, 6870 Chestnut Hill Church Road Coopersburg, PA 18036, at 11:00. A Visitation will be held from 10-11 in the church, inurnment will follow at the adjoining cemetery.
