Charles Rodney Gorman Sr.

Charles “Chuck” Rodney Gorman Sr., 59, of Coopersburg, PA, unexpectedly passed away on October 25th, 2026, in his home. Born in Abington, PA, Chuck was the son of the late Harold Gorman and the late Flora (Kessler) Gorman.

He attended Upper Moreland High School and graduated in 1986. Following high school, Chuck found his passion in carpentry and equipment operation. His love for working with his hands led him into concrete work and larger construction projects, including the launch of his own custom carpentry business.

In his spare time, Chuck committed himself to volunteering with various fire departments, including Warminster Fire Department, Enterprise Fire Company of Hatboro, and Horsham Fire Company. He believed, deeply, in the necessity of volunteer first responders and ensured he stepped up to support the community by giving back in their times of need.

In recent years, following a troubling diagnosis, Chuck found himself more focused than ever on his family and making memories that would last them a lifetime.

Above all else, Chuck was a lively and vivacious personality. Those who met him often walked away with a smile, having shared numerous laughs thanks to his infectiously goofy nature.

Chuck will be dearly missed by his children, Chucky Gorman (Brittany) and Katie Lorenzo (Chris); his grandchildren, Alex Gorman, Thea Gorman, Zayas Lorenzo, Winter Gorman, Rhys Gorman, Charlie Lorenzo, and Ellie Gorman; his siblings, Harold Gorman Jr and Melody Gorman; along with his extended family members and friends.

Services for Chuck will be held privately for the family.

A celebration of life is planned for a later date.
