Dorothy Martin

Dorothy "Dolly" (Moyer) Martin, age 94, of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday March 20, 2020 at Independence Court in Quakertown, PA. She was the wife of the late Lester A. Martin who died in 1993, and with whom she shared 48 years of marriage. Born in Worcester Township, PA she was a daughter of the late Vincent Moyer Sr. and the late Susie (Anders) Moyer. Dolly loved country music, and spending time with her family. Before retiring she worked for Emico company in Dublin, PA. She was a member of First United Church of Christ in Quakertown and a prior member of the senior center in Souderton PA where she enjoyed line dancing. She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Stoneback (Rick) of Quakertown, PA and Dorothy Alona Gerling (Leonhard) of Keystone Heights, FL; four grandchildren, Tracy, Kelly, Sandra and Karl and 6 great-grandchildren, Stephanie, Sean, Kyle, Tyler, Haley and Avery. She was predeceased by one sister, Shirley Godshall and a brother Vincent A. Moyer Jr. Graveside services will be held privately.
