Earl Lincoln Kessler, 89, of Quakertown, PA, passed away on August 2, 2024, surrounded by his family. Earl was born December 22, 1934 in Abington, PA. Earl graduated from Frankford High School in Philadelphia, PA, then went on to the Philadelphia Wireless Institute. Earl served in the United States Army from 1957-1959.
Earl married the love of his life, Phyllis (Boyd) Kessler, on December 18, 1954 in Philadelphia. Phyllis and Earl were happily married for nearly 70 years. Together they had four children, 8 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Throughout his life, Earl enjoyed spending time with his loving family, going on vacations with his wife, Phyllis, and their friends, playing golf, going fishing, retirement, and watching his children and grandchildren participate in various activities and sports over the years. He especially enjoyed having his 13 great grandchildren come to visit him. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Remaining to cherish Earl's memory are his wife, Phyllis, his children, Susan, Patricia (William), Richard (Denise), son-in-law, Charles, his grandchildren, Emily, Amelia (Brian), Blair, Rebecca (Todd), Patrick (Megan), Roxanne (David), Michael (Alexia), Elizabeth, and 13 great grandchildren, Macy, Maeva, Addison, Cole, Avery, Hayden, Liesl, Ryder, Brayden, Aubrey, Brody, Porter, and Charlotte. He is also survived by his brother Robert (Anne). Earl was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara, his parents, Ada and Earl Sr., and his mother and father in-law Ellen and Albert.
Visitation will be held on August 7, 2024 from 10:00-11:00am with a brief service following at 11:00am at Naugle Funeral Home, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, PA 18951.
