Eloise A. Shaffer

Eloise A. Shaffer, 76, of Quakertown, PA, passed away on July 27, 2026, at Phoebe Richland Nursing Home.

Born in Easton, PA, Eloise was the daughter of the late Charles Brown and the late Sarah (Shallick) Brown.

She was the beloved wife of Ken Shaffer, with whom she celebrated 57 years of marriage this past May.

Eloise attended Easton High School and graduated in 1967. She was a faithful member of East Swamp Church, where she sang in the choir for many years.

In her free time, Eloise enjoyed scrapbooking, baking, exploring lighthouses and spending time with family and friends. She found her greatest joy in watching her children and grandchildren pursue the things they loved and took immense pride in each of them.

Eloise is survived by her loving husband, Ken; her sons, Jeremy (Jill) and Christopher (Amy); her cherished grandchildren, Brooke, Chase, and Shelby Rae; her sister, Darlene Rhodes (Jim); and many other loving family members and dear friends.

Above all else, Eloise loved her family deeply and treasured every moment spent with them. Her kindness, love, and unwavering devotion to those she loved will be remembered always.

Family and friends are invited to visit with the family on Saturday, August 8, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Calvary Bible Fellowship, 6782 N. Main Street, Coopersburg, PA 18036. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m.
