Lisa Jean Wennemer

Lisa Jean Wennemer, 46, of Quakertown, PA, unexpectedly passed away on February 17th, 2024, at St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Hospital. Born in Sellersville, PA, Lisa was the daughter of Walter Rinus and Barbara (Ambrose) Rinus. 

Lisa grew up in Quakertown and graduated from Quakertown High School in 1996. During her time in High School, Lisa was a cheerleader, ran track, and was on the Quakertown Dive Team. After High School, she went on to further her education at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia. That led to many opportunities for Lisa, such as traveling to Paris, working at the Convention Center in Philadelphia, and Meyers Bakery. Her passion for life extended well beyond her professional endeavors, in her free time, Lisa enjoyed cooking, baking, going to the beach, fishing, listening to music, and painting. Words do little justice to encompass Lisa’s loving, creative, and artistic spirit. She loved her family deeply and cherished the time spent with them above all else. 

In addition to her parents, Lisa will be dearly missed by her husband, Chris, together they shared 14 years of marriage; her daughter, Kayla; her sister, Stacy (Bryan); her nephews, Alex (Destiny), Tyler (Pam), and Bennett. Lisa was predeceased by her paternal and maternal grandparents, cousins, and other family members who were taken too soon. 

All are invited to visit with Lisa’s family on Friday, February 23rd, from 7:00PM ~ 8:00PM at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, Ltd. 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA, 18951. A service will begin at 8:00PM. Her service’s will continue on Saturday, February 24th, at St. Isidore’s Roman Catholic Parish, 2545 W Pumping Station Rd, Quakertown, PA, 18951. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM ~ 12:00PM followed by mass beginning at 12:00PM. 

The family requests casual dress attire be worn.
