Marsha Ann Herring

Marsha Ann Herring. 66, of Quakertown, passed away on September 13, 2025. She was born on May 23, 1959 in Willard, OH, to the late James Summers and Edith Hall Summers. She was adopted and raised by the late Robert and Marlene Null. Marsha was the loving wife of John E. Herring for 24 years. She was an avid pool player, and she loved gardening. Marsha had a fondness for gnomes that she had scattered in her yard. She was a fan of glamping, and spent plenty of time at the Boulder Woods camp ground. Marsha was a great cook, and excelled in making everything.

Marsha is survived by her husband John E. Herring; children Leslie Huston, Amy Roberts, Michael Starkey (Kari Starkey), Jonathan Herring, Daniel Starkey, Jill Gentile, Robert Herring (Amanda Herring), Scott Herring (Jennifer Herring), and Heather Herring Elrod (Dallas Elrod); 19 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; siblings Homer Null (Susan Null), Patricia Summers, James Summers Castle, Donna Castle Leitner, John Castle, Kenneth Castle, Anna Castle, Nancy Castle Humphrey, Jeffery Castle, Deana Jordan, and Debbie Rash; and many other loving family and friends.

All are invited on Saturday, September 27 to Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, PA 18951 for a visitation from 5:00-7:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marsha's name can be made to the Bucks County SPCA.
