Norma Black

Norma B. Black, 75, passed away Saturday May 8th.  Born February 16, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Methyl (Coy) Wells.

Norma recently retired from West Chester School District after decades of service working as a special education teacher.

Surviving are, daughter Jodi Luce, wife of Matthew, sisters, Susan Weeks, and Janice Kieschnick, brother, Rod Wells, and grandchildren Keely and Alaina.  She was predeceased by her son Scott.

Services will be held privately at the family's convenience.  Arrangements were made by Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service (1800-FUNERAL).
