Regina (Jean) M. Radzai (née Roadfuss) September 26, 1934 - May 23, 2026, Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
Regina M. Radzai, 91, of Quakertown, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born on September 26, 1934, Regina lived a life rooted in faith, family, and quiet strength. A devoted Catholic, she carried her beliefs with grace and humility, finding comfort and purpose in her church and her daily prayers.
She attended Little Flower School in Philadelphia before beginning her career with Bell Telephone. It was shortly after that she met the love of her life, Roy R. Radzai, with whom she shared a lifetime of devotion. The day of her funeral, June 2, 2026, would have marked their 70th wedding anniversary, a testament to their enduring love.
Regina and Roy settled in Roslyn, where they spent more than twenty years raising their growing family. During those years, she formed lifelong friendships and welcomed everyone with open arms. Many of her children's friends lovingly called her "Mom R." She proudly served as President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Roslyn Boys Club, dedicating her time to supporting local youth programs.
After their years in Roslyn, Regina and Roy moved to Haycock, a place that quickly became home and remained filled with family, laughter, and countless memories. Some of her happiest days were spent boating on Lake Nockamixon, taking family and friends out on the water for hours at a time. She never missed a chance to cheer from the sidelines, proudly attending every sporting event her children and grandchildren were part of. She was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan, faithfully rooting for the Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies.
Among the family's most treasured traditions were the trips to the Outer Banks, where the entire family gathered under one roof for a week of sun, laughter, big meals, and togetherness. Those vacations became some of the most special memories they shared - the kind everyone still talks about with full hearts.
Regina was endlessly creative. She crocheted countless baby blankets, and after losing her arm in her 60s, she taught herself to crochet again using just one arm - a true reflection of her strength and determination. She also loved making her own greeting cards, photo CDs, and music CDs, always finding joy in creating something personal for the people she loved. Above all, Regina was devoted to her family. She was "Grammy" to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, a title she cherished deeply.
She is survived by her children: Roy G. Radzai (Elizabeth), Renee R. Slattery (Thomas), Randall T. Radzai, Robert M. Radzai (Kelly), and Richard R. Radzai (Selena). She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roy R. Radzai, and her son, Ronald H. Radzai. She was also preceded in death by her parents, William C. and Regina T. Roadfuss. Grandchildren: Ashley, Ronald (Zara), Ryan (Sarah), Thomas (Rachel), Brittany (Robert), Brandon, Mitchell, Christopher, Michael (Courtney), Austin, Matthew, Allyson, Samantha, and Silas. Great Grandchildren: Owen, Olivia, Parker, Paxton, Porter, Harper, Leah, Maddison, Braylin, Norah, and Kash. She is also survived by her brothers, Bill Roadfuss (Anne) and Marty Roadfuss (Janice).
Regina's legacy is one of love, resilience, creativity, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. Her warmth, humor, and strength will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
