Richard "Dick" Tod Frye, Sr., age 82(83), of Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 24, 2025.

Born in Baltimore, MD he was a son of George and Beatrice (Harris) Frye. He was one of nine children.

He lived in various Pennsylvania towns throughout his life, but mostly Sellersville and for the past 28 years in Pennsburg.

He served our country in the Army during 1959 - 1962. He worked in construction for 45 years for various contractors prior to his retirement and at Wilcox Salvage Yard, Sellersville after retirement.

He is survived by his children, Rich Frye (Nina), Scott Frye, and Kristeen Frye; his wife Tina Alulis-Frye; 13 grandchildren: Kayla Mills (Chris), Elizabeth Frye, Lauren Frye. Gabby Huber (Andrew), Andrew Frye, Claudia Frye, Trevor Frye, Aubrey Frye, Shelby Frye, Kyle Gilbert, Erin Frye, Blake Frye, and Alivia Frye as well as 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his sister Genie Davidheiser, friend Joan Frye, nephew Brian Witner (Janet), niece Cheryl Brown (Dennis) and many other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Darin Frye, along with 4 sisters (Florence Gerhart, Betty Fulk, Anna Witner (Al) and Dolores Kletzing) and 3 brothers George, Oliver "Ollie" and Jerry.

Dick was a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan, deer hunter, fisherman, casino slots player, and homemade sauerkraut maker. He was a former member of The Blue Comet Motorcycle Club, Sellersville American Legion, Forest Lodge VFW, Sellersville Loyal Order of Moose, North Penn Gun Club; Ten Buck Hunting Club and a part of the Pennnridge Greenjackets coaching team as the equipment manager.

He was a US Army sharpshooter and paratrooper in Wurzberg, Germany during the Berlin Wall Crisis.

Per his wishes, services will be held privately at a later date.
