Richard “Brian” Mauger, 56, of Quakertown, PA, unexpectedly died on September 9, 2026, in his home. Born in Meadowbrook, PA, Brian was the son of the late Richard Leroy Mauger and Mary Arlene (Kleinhoff) Mauger.
Earlier in his life, he enjoyed playing baseball and ice hockey and riding his dirt bike. Brian attended Palisades High School and graduated in 1987. After High School, he joined the Airforce. Following his service, he worked at Penn Engineering and Hi-Tech Fasteners. He earned an associate’s degree in business administration from DeSales University. Brian earned his first-degree black belt in karate. Later in life, he owned Marketing Variable Products where he worked until his passing.
His passion for life extended well beyond his professional endeavors, in his free time, Brian enjoyed martial arts, building Legos, golf, riding motorcycles, sports cars, spending time with friends and family, and supporting his nieces and nephews. Above all else, he loved his family deeply and cherished the time spent with them. He always had a special place in his heart for his nieces and nephews
Brian recently joined Juniper Street Bible Church in Quakertown, PA where he felt most at home.
He will be remembered for his sense of humor
Brian will be dearly missed by his mother, Arlene; his siblings, John (Tracy), and Gregory (Laurie); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Maye (Andrew), Kyle Mauger (Samantha), Amber Mauger, Jameson Mauger, Adelina Mauger; his great nephew Benjamin Maye; along with his extended family members and friends. In addition to his father, Brian is also predeceased by his maternal (Mary and John Kleinhoff) and paternal (Miriam and John Mauger) grandparents.
All are invited to visit with Brian’s family on Monday, September 21st, from 11:00am ~ 1:00pm, located at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, Ltd. 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. (215-536-3343) A memorial service will begin at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Brian’s name to Juniper Street Bible Church, 317 Juniper St, Quakertown, PA 18951.
