Roshelle Edwards

Roshelle Juliana Edwards, age 74, of Coopersburg, PA passed away on April 18, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital in Allentown. She was the loving spouse to Anna Maria (Capaldi) Edwards with whom she shared over 30 years of marriage. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late John and Gladys (Owens) Edwards. She graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia. Roshelle earned her Masters Degree in History from Temple University and went on to obtain multiple certificates in education and school administration. She was a lifelong educator and retired from her career as a High School Administrator for Wissahickon High School. Roshelle was an athlete who excelled at tennis, enjoyed swimming and working out at the gym. Her gardens were her pride and joy, as well as the Koi pond and beautiful landscaping she maintained around it. She loved the ocean and sitting in the park, cup of coffee in hand. Roshelle is predeceased by her son, Byron Edwards Gay. She is survived by Anna, her grandsons Malcolm Edwards of Coopersburg, PA, and Julius Edwards of Broomall, PA; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Dorene Edwards of Christiana, PA; George and Tonye Edwards of Katy, TX. Her sister, Ascyline Marx of San Francisco, CA, predeceases her. You are invited to meet with Roshelle's family and friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951 (215-536-3343). Her funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM. Come to Naugle's with confidence knowing air sterilization equipment has been added to the HVAC.
