Sandra Marie Fulmor

Sandra “Sandi” Marie Fulmor, 64, passed away on August 21, 2026, Born in Boston, MA, Sandi was the daughter of the late Malcolm Willoughby and Wilma (Weaving) Willoughby.

Sandi attended C.B. West High School and graduated in 1981.

She began her career at The Community at Rockhill as the assistant for Human Resources. She enjoyed her work and the people she worked with so much that she remained there for 25 years.

Sandi’s passion for life extended well beyond her professional endeavors. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, crafting, spending time with her family and friends, visiting the beach, listening to live music, and sitting on her swing in the sunshine while enjoying her flowers.

Sandi was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends. She always loved an opportunity to travel and dip her toes in the sand, especially in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Sandi brought light into any room with her smile and laughter. She always tried to look on the positive side of life because, as she would say, she “always found it easier to be happy than mad.”

Sandi had a remarkable ability to make every moment spent with her feel like the best moment of someone’s day. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and friend to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Known for her brightness and happiness, Sandi will be dearly missed by all who knew her. The time she spent on this earth will be deeply cherished. Sandi’s family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others throughout her life, rather than the sadness of her passing.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, George; her daughter, Tara (James); her mother, Wilma; and her beloved pets, Tucker and Molly.

All are invited to visit with Sandi’s family on Saturday, August 29 th , 2026, from 10:30am ~ 12:00pm, located at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Services, Ltd. 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. (215-536-3343) A memorial service will begin at 12:00pm.
