Sandra “Sandy” Rebecca Keyser, 85, of Red Hill, PA, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026, at LifeQuest Nursing Center. Born in Gilbertsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry Krause and Elsie M. (Schultz) Krause. Sandy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gerald D. Keyser, with whom she shared 40 loving years of marriage.
Sandy was a 1958 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School. She began her working years as a secretary and later worked at Renninger’s Pants Factory and Thermco Ribbon Mill, where she remained until her retirement in 2011.
Sandy found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved spending time outdoors—camping, sitting by campfires, and visiting both the mountains and the beach. She was also an avid country music fan and especially enjoyed listening to Elvis. A lifelong member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church, her faith remained an important part of her life.
She was happiest when surrounded by her family, whether taking walks in the park or feeding the ducks. Sandy will be fondly remembered for her feisty spirit, her warmth, and the deep love she had for those closest to her.
Sandy is survived by her children, Jay Keyser, Dean Keyser (Susan), and Karen Emert (Aaron); her grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Dale Jr., David, and Christian; her great-grandchildren, Paige, Camren, Jaxon, Ember, and Griffin; and her brother, Carl Krause, along with many extended family members and friends. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Dale Keyser (Lisa Keyser), and her siblings, Harold Krause, Robert Krause, Marie Hartman, and Grace Henry.
All are invited to visit with Sandy’s family on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Palm Schwenkfelder Church, 833 Gravel Pike, Palm, PA 18070. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by burial in the adjoining church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandy’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Dementia Foundation.
