Sandra Jayne Serfass

Sandra Jayne Serfass, 71, of Quakertown and formerly of Souderton, passed away on August 11, 2025. She was born in Pottstown on December 5, 1953 to the late Edger Ralph Spotts Sr. and Peggy Ann (Fenstermacher) Spotts. Sandra was the loving wife of Gary Edward Serfass for 45 years. Most recently Sandra was a CNA at the Lutheran Community in Telford, and prior to that she spent many years as a buyer and secretary at B&J Sheet Metal in Trumbauersville. She loved being a Sunday School teacher at St. John's Lutheran Church in Quakertown. Her entire family was big into racing, and she was "The T-Shirt Lady" at Grandview Speedway in and out of the pits. She loved the dirt and the smell of rubber. Sandra loved to camp, and spent many weekends with friends camping, canoeing, and spending time on their lawn chairs on and in the Delaware river. Her greatest passion was her grandkids, and she loved spending all the time she could with them.

Sandra is survived by her husband Gary; children Jason Serfass (Michele) and Shannon Leary (Richard); grandchildren Darian, Cody, Megan, Gage, Aiden, and Landen; siblings Gary Spotts, Douglas Spotts, Sue Feese, Ed Spotts, Al Spotts, and Guy Spotts. She is predeceased by her parents and son Daniel Serfass in 2009.

All are invited on Monday, August 25 to Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, PA 18951 for a viewing from 10am-12pm, and a funeral service at 12pm. Interment will be privately held. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sandra's name can be made to the Daniel Serfass QYC Memorial Fund to Benefit 1st Year Wrestlers with headgear, singlets, shoes, etc.
