Zoe Marie Gorel

Zoe Marie Gorel, 17, of Kintnersville , Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025. She was born on January 1, 2008—a New Year’s blessing who brought joy, laughter, and love into every life she touched.

Zoe was a bright and compassionate young woman whose smile could light up even the darkest days. A senior at Palisades High School, she also attended Upper Bucks Technical School, where she majored in Health Sciences. Driven, talented, and full of promise, Zoe excelled in everything she set her mind to.

An accomplished athlete, Zoe was a dedicated goalie during her younger years playing for the local community soccer programs. She also enjoyed her short time as a lacrosse goalie and field hockey goalie for Quakertown School District. Beyond athletics, her artistic creativity shone through in her passion for drawing and design, inspiring her to become an exceptional young tattoo artist. She found joy in expressing herself through art, music, and the simple pleasures of life—often listening to her favorite songs or sharing laughter with friends while making TikToks.

Zoe is survived by her loving parents, Kristine and Ron Tyahla of Quakertown, and Zachary Gorel of Kintnersville. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Dylan Gorel and his wife Ally of North Carolina; her step-siblings Austin, Taylor, and Grace Tyahla of Quakertown. She is also cherished by her grandparents, great-grandmother, many aunts, uncles, cousins, her long-term boyfriend Donavan, extended family members and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, November 29th, beginning at 11:00am, followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm, at Naugle Funeral Home, 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Zoe’s memory to Moravian Scholarship Fund at Moravian College, 1200 Main Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. After graduation, Zoe was planning on attending Moravian College to study in Health Sciences and pursue a passion to become a NICU Nurse.

Zoe’s light, laughter, and love will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
